Attorney Daniel Aizenman and Attorney Brett Stingley Received 2019 Super Lawyers Awards
Attorney Daniel Aizenman and Attorney Brett Stingley, of Aizenman Law Group, were selected by Super Lawyers as “Rising Stars” honorees for 2019!
Super Lawyers is an organization that recognizes the top attorneys throughout the United States and awards them within their area of practice and geographic location. Attorneys can be nominated for the Super Lawyers awards by their peers, a third party, or managing partner. The organization also conducts its own research in order to find deserving attorneys. Once an attorney is nominated, Super Lawyers evaluates their eligibility by analyzing their experience, position within their law firm, history of verdicts and settlements, participation in community service, and more.
The Super Lawyers honors distinguish award winners as one of the top attorneys in their city or region, and particular area of legal practice. Super Lawyers issues awards of the same name, but also distributes annual “Rising Stars” awards. The Rising Stars honors are specifically for attorneys who are under the age of 40 or have practiced law for 10 years or less. The Rising Stars awards are only given to 2.5% of attorneys in the nation.
Attorney Aizenman was recognized as a Rising Star in the category of “Personal Injury – General: Plaintiff” for the Tulsa, OK area. He was also recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017 and 2018. In addition to his Super Lawyers honors, Attorney Aizenman’s past awards include recognition as a Top 10 Attorney by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, and “Top 40 Under 40” designations from the American Academy of Attorneys, Association of American Trial Lawyers, and National Trial Lawyers.
Super Lawyers honored Attorney Stingley as a Rising Star in Tulsa, OK for his work in plaintiff civil litigation. His specific areas of practice include insurance bad faith claims, personal injury cases, car accidents and more. Attorney Stingley is a three-time Rising Star as well; he has been selected for the awards every year since 2017.
