Once the offer has been accepted, the insurance company will send a form. This form is a release of liability, and once this has been signed and submitted, your case is closed. It doesn’t matter what additional bills come your way (which almost always happens), or what complications may arise, such as time away from work—once the form is signed, your case is closed.
