Maria Luckert

Bio

Maria Luckert is a skilled litigation attorney with extensive experience in various civil cases, including insurance and estate disputes. Her strong track record includes securing successful verdicts for her clients in state and federal courts and negotiating favorable settlements. Maria is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in all three Federal District Courts and in all State District Courts.

Maria graduated in the top ten percent of her class from the University of Tulsa College of Law, earning a CALI Award in Oil and Gas Law. She also graduated with honors from Oklahoma State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. During her time in law school, she interned for both Federal and State District Court judges, gaining invaluable judicial insight that continues to inform her practice.

With extensive experience in legal research and writing, Maria is adept at crafting persuasive briefs and motions, ensuring that her clients’ interests are represented clearly and effectively. She is dedicated to advocating for the clients of Aizenman Law Group in their personal injury and insurance cases.

Outside of her legal work, Maria is a proud member of the Osage Tribe. She grew up hiking, fishing, and shooting on her family ranch near Osage Hills State Park, land originally allotted to her family. Today, Maria enjoys these outdoor activities with her husband and two boys. Her family also loves attending local festivals, going to drive-in movies, tackling home remodeling projects, and exploring new travel destinations.
