Justice for Homebuyers: Aizenman Law Group Wins $163,579 Verdict
At Aizenman Law Group, we’re excited to share a big win for our clients. On January 8, 2025, Partner Caleb Salmon and Attorney Maria Luckert earned a unanimous jury verdict of $163,579 for a couple who were misled during the purchase of their home.
Our clients trusted that the seller disclosed all of the defects in the home, only to find out later that the seller had not only failed to disclose severe fire damage but had gone to great lengths to hide it—covering the damage with drywall and carpet. The defense claimed our clients should have done more inspections and leaned on the old saying that “real estate is buyer beware.” Thankfully, the jury disagreed and delivered justice.
